Our more than 19 years of experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pets, clutter, your lifestyle and the frequency of service. These variables can make it difficult to tell you exactly how much to spend on a gift for house cleaning. To get an idea of the amount of cleaning service you would like to give, please go to our Services page for a list of the types of service available and what is included in that service. Then, for a personalized estimate, please contact either Liz or Bruce, the owners of Broomstick, via phone or the email form on our Contact Us page and you will be advised as to the approximate cost of the desired service. What you spend will be confidential as the certificate will simply state that the recipient has been given the gift of professional house cleaning.

For the recipient to initiate the cleaning service is simple. After receiving the house cleaning gift certificate which will include a note designating you as the giver and a brief introduction to Broomstick, the recipient contacts the Broomstick office to schedule service. Liz or Bruce will then discuss with the recipient the amount and type of service the gift certificate will cover and schedule the time to deliver your gift.

We will mail your gift certificate either to you or the recipient within 24 hours or at any other time you designate. Since our service area is contained within King County, your gift will normally be received within one to two days via standard mail.
