All of our services at Broomstick Cleaning are customized to meet your specific needs. Each home is custom priced in the presence of the homeowner to ensure our cleaning will meet your needs and budget.

Customized regularly scheduled cleaning services are available weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks. In addition to the standards listed below, each home is custom bid to meet the client’s needs with satisfaction of quality guaranteed.

Clients using our regularly scheduled cleaning program will occasionally schedule an extra project cleaning or special projects. In addition to the regular scheduled cleaning tasks, additional time doing projects that are not usually included in the regularly scheduled service such as:
- Cleaning baseboards
- Electrical outlets/light fixtures
- Moving larger furniture, clean under and around
- Wash & Oil wood cabinets
- Clean inside of refrigerator
- Clean ovens
- Wipe windowsills
- Interior of windows (where accessible with a 2 step stool)
- Polish or wipe doors
- Tidy and clean interior of kitchen cabinets and drawers

The client specifies projects or cleaning to help them prepare for special occasions such as:

- Holidays
- Over night or extended stay guests, etc...
Home Turnover Cleaning | top of page |
These cleanings vary based on how the homeowners have maintained a home. Our basic home turnover cleaning will include some or all of the following: Full clean of bathrooms includes tub, shower, sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, light fixtures, baseboards, inside & out of cabinets and cupboards. Full clean of kitchen includes inside and out of cabinets (exterior wood washed and oiled), inside and out of all appliances including oven and refrigerator, countertops, sink and floor.
Full clean of other rooms includes vacuum carpet, clean hard surface floors, dust window sills, spot clean walls and ceilings, clean light fixtures and wipe electrical face plates.
The client may modify the cleaning task list based on budgetary considerations and/or the condition of the home.
